What is Virtual Staging?
Virtual staging is like traditional staging, decorating a property to showcase all of its qualities best features, in an effort to make it more attractive to buyers, but unlike traditional staging it is all virtual and done on a computer.
Everything is digital, there is no real furniture, rugs, or décor involved. Virtual staging involves digitally inserting elements in high-resolution photos to show empty rooms’ full potential.
Virtual Staging costs are $125 per each image. That cost includes 1 round of revisions if needed and a 24 hour turn around time.
Mid Century Modern
Modern, or Midcentury Modern, is a favorite genre used in interior stagings, furniture and decoration design. This beloved style skirts clean lines and luminescence, airy pieces with colorful tones. This urban style is characterized by clean simplicity and integration with nature.
Transitional style is most commonly found in professional stagings around the country. It plays with curves and straight lines to create a design that balances simplistic and decorative attributes, aiming to create a comfortable and relaxing style with just a hint of luxury.
Industrial refers to an aesthetic trend that takes clues from old factories and industrial spaces that in recent years have been converted to lofts. The bare makings include weathered wood, building systems, exposed brick, industrial lighting fixtures and concrete.
Rustic is a design emphasis on rugged, natural beauty. It embraces nature-inspired textures, simple and earthy colors, and ultimately an unpretentious, organic warmth.
